Bryce’s 2nd birthday was several weeks ago now, but I really loved the menu from that day and wanted to share it. It was an easy, inexpensive, no fuss meal with minimal prep, served buffet-style. The menu appeals to both kids and grown ups alike, and is fairly healthy. To balance the cake that’s comes afterward, I suppose.
Rotisserie chicken, store-bought
Roasted potatoes and miscellaneous other vegetables
Steamed broccoli with butter and lemon pepper
Rainbow fruit salad
Cake and ice cream, of course
This spread served 6 adults and 5 children comfortably.
